The city of San Jose hired me to get a professional photo of the new-ish city hall. It’s a beautiful structure, and I’m sure there’s thousands of photos floating around of it, so I was flattered to have been chosen for the assignment. Of course I have a *little* experience shooting architecture, so I was up for the job. And did I mention I had to take the photos within the hour? Well the deadline wasn’t that close, but it was most convenient for my schedule, so I zipped over the hill and was able to capture these shots below. As I was walking back to my car, the ominous clouds you can see on the far left had made it over the city and started to do their drippy thing. Good timing!
Here’s most of the photos, I didn’t take a ton since they only needed one, so I got a few from different angles and elevations. All are processed with my own High Dynamic Range (HDR) processing technique. Enjoy, and check out the rest over here.
